What is fee-only planning?
Instead of accepting commission on the products sold, fee-only advisors are paid solely by the clients. This removes any conflicts of interest and allows for objective advice best suited for you.
Why does Woodhull Capital Advisors practice “fee-only, hourly-only”?
As an hourly-only, fee-only financial firm, Woodhull does not manage investment assets. This approach ensures that we don’t have to turn away those in need of financial planning. There is no minimum asset requirement. Please visit the Our Fees page and the Our Services page. Together, these pages will enable you to estimate the level of financial plan you require.
How much do you charge?
Our hourly rate is $280. The total amount will be dependent on the complexity of the level of services the client requires. You can find more information at the Our Fees page and the Our Services page for a more detailed discussion.
How does your hourly rate compare to other hourly firms?
Our hourly rate is higher than some, but we deliver a higher value than most.
Are there minimums I need to meet?
No. Some firms have earned income or asset minimum requirements. Not us. We believe quality financial planning should be available to anyone.
